I am an Italian mother langue teacher from Sardinia, a beautiful island in the Mediterranean Sea. I have a Master in International Relations. During my studies, I lived one year in Spain and one year in Canada. I speak fluently English,Spanish and French. Recently, I have got the Diploma in Advanced French DALF C2.
Experience
Since I was a university student in Florence, I have taught Italian to international students. When I studied in Madrid, under the exchange study program Erasmus, I helped university students during their Italian exams preparation. During my year in Montreal, I have had different Italian teaching experiences.I have continued teaching Italian as a private teacher to university students of different levels. Furthermore, I have worked as a Teaching Assistant for an Italian teacher and I recorded Italian dialogues that were used by students as listening exercises. In Australia, I taught Italian language and culture at the Federazione Italiana dei Lavoratori Emigrati e Famiglie FILEF in Adelaide. I have spent my last five years travelling and teaching Italian language and culture around the word.Teaching Italian I enjoy being creative and utilizing new ideas and approaches to improve the learning environment for my students. I use a variety of activities and fun learning projects to inspire and motivate the students, rather than direct instruction, getting excellent results. All theses experiences have been very precious because they allow me to stay in contact with a multicultural environment exchanging experiences and motivating me to continue studying and learning at the same time. I strongly believe languages are the key for a better understanding of the world.
