Tutoring Experience: Tutor of History for EliteIB, a selective tutoring company that utilises students from top UK universities (King's College, Oxford, UCL, Cambridge, LSE) to help students through the IB programme. Motivation; Having been a tutor for several years now, it is something I really enjoy. At 22, I am still very much within the age range of most students I teach, and have a solid capacity to make my sessions both academically challenging and stress free. The areas in which I am most suited to help are history and academic writing, though I have also taught IB English HL materials in the past.

The list of things I love is long, but music, sports and politics would definitely be the top three things anyone that knows me would list off. I have traveled extensively, lived in 5 countries and love getting a sense (both social and academic) of the different cultures and countries that make up our world. From a personality standpoint, I am very easy to talk and open up to, generally outgoing and constantly upbeat. It is always my policy to allow for a phone call or in person meeting before any new engagements as a tutor. I feel it is very important to make sure the family, tutee and I are all on the same page, and that I am the right person to help.
