Experience
Each and every student is unique because I myself have found differences between me and my fellow students during the period of Final Exams. Therefore, I will not focus necessarily on the student getting the heighest grades, but on him/her pushing the limits of knowledge. I will talk over how it is easier for him to be taught and design a personalized framework.
